there's no option to shut the auto-update of Adobe Acrobat Reader, besides the earlier Flash update didn't support some uploading services, Zooomr, for instance.

so i uninstalled the Reader shit.  

feel so sorry to see Kynt & Vyxsin go from the race. the speed bump is a horrible set!!

but here's still something ridiculous: i can't subscribe her blog via my account of myspace.cn!! and this has happened to my subscription to Cyril Takayama's myspace blog!! and what's more, myspace.cn keeps spamming me for such a long time already!!
