I'm a big big fan of 2 illusionists, one of them is Criss Angel.

Recently I searched and watched some video clips on YouTube, they all contain the keywords: Criss Angel revealed.

Some people seem to be very proud and happy to reveal his illusions, you can tell from the clips and the following comments. They just can't wait to show the world how clever they are.

To reveal an illusion is fun, it's ok, and it's never an easy job (unless for some lame tricks). To provide illusions that can make people surprise is totally another thing. Besides, one illusion can be done in different methods. So one cannot make an "I-beat-Criss-Angel" look by uploading a revealing clip or comment of disrespect , can they? Even some of them are based on good intentions, they need to have some respect, at least, for themselves.

People don't like the feeling of being fooled, I understand that. But hey! It's entertainment! You know what you're about to see, don't you? Did Criss con you any money or what?

Criss: A lot of what I do is completely real. There are no tricks. And a lot of what I do is an illusion. It is up to you to determine what is real and what is illusion.

I respect those who are able to reveal an illusion that I can't, because they see things i don't see. Magic is an art, it makes the impossible seems to be possible and brings other perspectives to see things. It's not necessary to feel stupid when you don't know how a magic trick is done, just enjoy the surprise.

I like this video very much. They did a great job. It's the famous "Cut-in-Half" revealment, in case you don't want to know the secret (not necessarily how it's done, but probably), you just ignore it.

If so, here's my lame explanation: that could be one continuous shot, he just had pulled his legs out of the fake ones before the saw went down. The edit is mostly for TV audience.

Cyril Takayama 新电视特辑播出！

Cyril Takayama 就是 セロ ，是非常非常厉害的魔术师，看上去不像 David Copperfield 那么斯文，也不像 Criss Angel 那么重金属，和 David Blaine 比，有一点点点点点像……吧？

据说这次特辑有他在洛杉矶的街头魔术。此人是在巡演中回美国领奖时，顺便拍摄了部分特辑内容，去领的是由AMA评出的2006年度魔术师奖。
